Anlagenbediener & Stellvertreter Anlagenführer Flaschenprüfung (m/w/d, 100%)

About the role

As an Anlagenbediener and deputy plant manager for bottle testing, you will ensure safe and compliant daily test operations while supporting the production team at CARBAGAS AG, a part of the Air Liquide Group.

Key responsibilities

• Operate bottle entry/exit and logistics systems safely.
• Support colleagues with technical assistance in daily work.
• Act as deputy for the plant manager during absences, organizing and coordinating the team.
• Run bottle testing, sandblasting and painting equipment.
• Perform mechanical maintenance together with the internal maintenance team.
• Achieve daily production targets and conduct regular cleaning of the plant.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Completed technical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• Experience as a machine operator in an industrial production environment.
• Strong technical understanding and manual dexterity.
• Excellent German language skills; basic English.
• Solid computer skills with Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar and basic SAP knowledge.
• Forklift licence is a plus.
• Team player with good manners, physically fit and able to work quickly and accurately.
• Residence in the local region.
