About the role

As an Apple Retail Specialist you will create brand loyalty by delivering an exceptional customer experience in an Apple Store. You will help customers discover the right products and services that enrich their lives while representing Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs, presenting Apple products and services, and educating on purchase options.
• Stay up‑to‑date on Apple’s product portfolio, services, and sales processes.
• Support teammates by sharing product knowledge and assisting with ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy in transactions and follow store guidance.
• Perform additional store tasks as needed, including customer support in other areas.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering curiosity.

Required profile

• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays according to business needs.
• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
