About the role

Omega SA, a world‑renowned watchmaker, is offering a three‑year apprenticeship as a Commerce Employee (CFC). The position is based in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland and provides hands‑on experience across administrative, client‑service and sales support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance such as agenda management, correspondence drafting and minute taking.
• Advise clients and internal partners in multiple languages, delivering quick and constructive solutions both face‑to‑face and by phone.
• Plan and organise meetings, support company events and coordinate logistical details.
• Process orders, prepare offers, record incoming payments, manage invoices, negotiate delivery dates and handle customs and billing documentation.
• Support various departments throughout the apprenticeship period.

Required profile

• Completed compulsory schooling, aged 15‑25.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, autonomous and able to take initiative.
• Organised, cooperative, open‑minded and eager to learn about different business areas.
• Enjoys administrative tasks, computer work and working with numbers.
• Native French speaker with good knowledge of German.
