Assistant socio-éducatif / auxiliaire de vie scolaire (10‑20% temps)

About the role

The French‑speaking cantonal education service is looking for a part‑time socio‑educational assistant to support students in daily school life. The position works 10‑20 % of a full‑time schedule (approximately 1 h to 11 h) in schools of the Sarine district.

Key responsibilities

• Assist students with routine school activities and personal care.
• Facilitate access to learning activities and classroom resources.
• Support pupils in social and relational interactions.
• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of individualized educational plans (PPI).
• Participate in class life and school community events.
• Engage in mandatory continuous training related to the role.

Required profile

• Holder of a Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a socio‑educational assistant (ASE).
• Experience supporting school‑age children, preferably with special needs.
• Interest in working with students with disabilities.
• Proficiency in French.
