Assistant Store Manager – Retail

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading a high‑performing retail team in Zurich. You will help create an inclusive environment, coach team members, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Foster a respectful, inclusive culture and celebrate diverse perspectives.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing a diverse team.
• Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and career guidance to educators and key leaders.
• Manage scheduling, labor budgeting, and store operations to meet performance targets.
• Lead by example in delivering technical product education and supporting omnichannel services such as buy‑online‑pick‑up, phone sales, and ship‑from‑store.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an optimal guest experience and efficient floor management.
