About the role
This apprenticeship offers a hands‑on experience in retail sales within Coop. You will work directly with customers, support sales operations, and develop expertise in a chosen retail area over a two‑year period.
Key responsibilities
- Advise and serve customers, conducting demanding sales conversations.
- Place orders for merchandise and manage inventory responsibilities.
- Specialise in a specific retail domain selected by you.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- Strong teamwork attitude and ease in customer contact.
- Organisational ability, flexibility and willingness to take responsibility.
- Desire to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills and a natural sales orientation.
