Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs

About the role

EHL is seeking an Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs to support the Chief Academic Officer in overseeing faculty recruitment, development, and performance across the EHL Group. This senior academic leader will drive strategic initiatives that enhance teaching excellence, innovation, and faculty well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies that foster excellence and innovation in teaching and learning across the EHL Group.
• Lead the Centre of Teaching & Learning Excellence, delivering centralized and personalized faculty development programs in pedagogy, educational technology, and research.
• Drive pedagogical and EdTech foresight, introducing innovative teaching practices and tools.
• Organise faculty‑focused events and collaborations with external experts to promote networking and teaching excellence.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to strengthen EHL’s national and international reputation in teaching and learning.
• Collaborate with other Associate Deans to advance faculty performance, engagement, and well‑being.

Required profile

• Proven experience in academic leadership or faculty development within higher education.
• Strong alignment with values of transparency, accountability, collaboration, care, and experimentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage cross‑functional teams.
