Associate Director Global Supply Chain Management Business Processes

About the role

The Associate Director SCM Business Processes will join a small team at the Lucerne planning hub, leading key global supply chain and manufacturing processes such as Global Inventory, IQV, LROP and Production Plan development.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as SME for assigned processes, lead training and onboarding sessions.
• Generate reports, analyse data and present insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with E2E planners, product leaders and GLP planners to ensure successful execution.
• Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure supporting these processes.
• Work with Finance (COSI, FP&A, Treasury) to deliver timely financial deliverables.
• Support additional processes including IRL, Qlik reporting, KPI tools and master data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, computer science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of supply chain management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven project‑management and data‑analysis skills.
• Strong communication in English and ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Kinaxis RapidResponse scenario‑planning platform.
• SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, pivot charts, complex functions).
• Qlik reporting and KPI reporting tools.

What we offer

• Base salary $129,000 – $203,100 per year, with annual bonus and long‑term incentives.
