Associate Director Market Access

About the role

The Associate Director Market Access will lead the development and execution of market access strategies for Circulatory Restorations’ technologies across the International region, ensuring successful reimbursement and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute market access strategy, assessing market dynamics, competitive landscape, reimbursement policies and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with commercial, medical, regulatory and finance teams to shape pricing, contracting and reimbursement models.
• Drive business development by identifying, sizing and prioritising new market entry and growth opportunities.
• Oversee timely delivery of reimbursement submissions, HTA evaluations, value dossiers and HEOR activities.
• Lead high‑impact value conversations with payers, hospital administrators and policy makers.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of market access, reimbursement or HEOR experience, preferably in medical devices and cardiovascular sector.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, matrixed teams and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Strong business development and commercial acumen with experience in building business cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with health‑economics outcomes tools such as Markov modelling and decision‑tree analysis.
• Skills in evidence review, literature presentation and creation of real‑world evidence.
