Associate Partner – AI & Data – Life Sciences

About the role

Visium is looking for an Associate Partner to lead AI & Data initiatives within the Life Sciences sector. The role combines entrepreneurial drive with senior advisory responsibilities, helping C‑level executives shape and execute AI‑driven transformation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Create and expand business opportunities in Life Sciences, leveraging an existing network and collaborating with the business development team.
• Engage with C‑level stakeholders to understand AI and data challenges, design solutions and support sustainable implementation and scaling.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to analyse client requirements, develop insightful analyses and deliver high‑quality recommendations.
• Oversee long‑term client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence and strategic insight.
• Contribute to practice development and thought leadership based on experience and market appetite.

Required profile

• Director, Associate Partner or Partner‑level experience at a consulting firm.
• Strong background in Data Science with specialization in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
• Proven track record of generating new client relationships and driving revenue in the seven‑figure range.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and delivering end‑to‑end AI/Data solutions.
• Excellent analytical curiosity, creativity and ability to communicate complex ideas in English; additional French or German is a plus.
