AWS DevOps Engineer – Banking Domain (Geneva)

About the role

We are looking for a senior AWS DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in the banking sector to join our Geneva office. You will design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that support critical financial applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AWS architectures using services such as EC2, Load Balancer, Lambda, S3, and EBS.
• Create reusable Terraform modules for multi‑service deployments.
• Build end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines from scratch on GitLab/GitHub for micro‑service applications.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them on EKS/Kubernetes.
• Automate operational tasks with Python and Shell scripting.
• Manage on‑premise and cloud security, including IAM roles and VM hardening.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch and on‑prem tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in AWS and DevOps engineering.
• Strong background in the banking domain.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week.
