BIO-R® Team Coordinator

About the role

The BIO‑R® Team Coordinator provides dedicated process, administrative and operational support to the BIO‑R® Team, ensuring correct implementation of the BIO‑R® methodology and smooth department operations in a dynamic clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee the BIO‑R® methodology across doctors, nutritionists and team members.
• Coordinate physicians’ calendars, client appointments and daily team huddles.
• Manage medical documentation, discharge reports and ensure proper storage in E‑PAT.
• Handle supplement, device and billing requests, stock levels and invoice processing.
• Provide executive‑assistant support to the Director of Precision Medicine, including schedule, expenses and meeting organization.
• Support onboarding, HR induction, team meetings and IT issues, and act as backup for other pillar coordinators.

Required profile

• Completed medical education (e.g., MPA, Pflegefachperson HF or equivalent).
• 2‑5 years experience in medical administration, coordination or operational support.
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus.
• Eligible to work in Switzerland.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Excel.
• Experience using E‑PAT and Personio for records and HR management.
• Ability to use DeepL for document translation.
