About the role
Lonza is seeking Biotechnologists at all experience levels to support growth across several business units at its Visp site in Switzerland. The role involves working within production facilities while adhering to safety regulations and cGMP quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform production tasks in compliance with safety and cGMP requirements, including recording and calculations.
- Identify, interpret and eliminate process deviations.
- Support training of new team members.
Required profile
- Completed education in chemical or biopharmaceutical sciences.
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical production as an operator or production technician.
- Safety‑conscious mindset and willingness to work a flexible 4‑shift pattern.
- Fluent English; German language skills are advantageous.
Required skills
- Process engineering knowledge.
- Understanding of cGMP quality requirements.
