Brand Art Director – FMCG (Full‑time)

About the role

International Brands is seeking a full‑time Art Director to lead the visual and creative direction of its fast‑growing FMCG portfolio. You will own the end‑to‑end design process, from concept to market‑ready packaging and digital assets, ensuring every touchpoint drives shelf impact and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand‑centric creative concepts across packaging, web, social and print.
• Design shelf‑ready packaging that captures attention, aligns with brand identity and converts consumers.
• Produce performance‑focused digital assets for websites, social media and marketing campaigns.
• Lead projects from idea through to market launch, managing timelines and feedback loops efficiently.
• Collaborate with freelancers, external partners and the Head of Brands to maintain high‑quality standards.
• Utilise AI and modern design tools to accelerate workflows and enhance creative output.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in design, art direction or a related creative role.
• Proven track record in FMCG or retail design with measurable market results.
• Hands‑on, fast‑paced mindset with a willingness to challenge the status‑quo.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to deliver high‑quality work quickly.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including UI and web design.
