Brand Expert – Retail Partner Coach

About the role

As a Brand Expert you will be the face of Charlotte Tilbury within Sephora stores in Zurich, inspiring store teams and customers with the brand’s vision. You will act as a coach, trainer and liaison, ensuring that every retail location delivers a consistent, magical beauty experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with store managers to set sales targets and develop action plans.
• Deliver on‑site and remote training sessions on product knowledge, brand heritage and selling techniques.
• Organise mini‑events and in‑store experiences that showcase Charlotte Tilbury collections.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with store teams, acting as the primary point of contact between the brand and Sephora.
• Monitor brand performance, gather feedback and report insights to the regional brand team.

Required profile

• Passionate about beauty and confident presenting the brand story.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, flexible and able to work independently across multiple stores.
• Experience in retail, sales or brand activation preferred.

Required skills

• Strong presentation and coaching abilities.
• Ability to organise events and training workshops.
• Fluency in English; German or French is a plus.
