Brand & Trade Marketing Specialist

About the role

KJUS is seeking a Brand & Trade Marketing Specialist to drive its European marketing initiatives. Based in Munich, you will support global campaigns, coordinate with wholesale partners, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute KJUS global marketing campaigns and events across Europe.
• Collect and communicate European market needs to the HQ Marketing team.
• Oversee the LKI marketing budget in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager.
• Manage wholesale and distributor partners, creating assets aligned with the global calendar.
• Support sales representatives with client appointments, showroom logistics, and sample preparation.
• Create sales materials such as workbooks, decks, and visual slideshows.
• Coordinate printing orders, pack and ship marketing packages, and liaise with Customer Service for timely delivery.
• Obtain bids and manage external vendors for photography, POS tools, and shop‑in‑shop installations.
• Apply project‑management skills to support the creative team and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Social Media & Partnership Specialist on translated content and campaign promotion.
• Develop and adapt a retail marketing calendar for brand and outlet stores, driving traffic and special promotions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand and trade marketing, preferably within the European market.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product development, and customer service teams.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
