Business Analyst – Data & Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst with a strong understanding of data, analytics and reporting. In this position you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, shaping analytics capabilities that drive data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and challenge requirements for analytics solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and end‑to‑end solution designs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver analytics and reporting solutions.
• Support multiple analytics initiatives by identifying priorities and shaping the analytics roadmap.
• Coordinate testing, business validation and successful deployment of new analytics capabilities.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing analytics solutions and processes.
• Act as the primary interface between business and technology, building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Stay up to date with modern analytics technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence or a similar domain.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities and a hands‑on, proactive attitude.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple parallel initiatives.
