Business Analyst – Presentation Consultant (Remote)

About the role

A remote consulting specialist is needed to reconstruct and enhance Microsoft PowerPoint slides, turning complex information into clear, visually engaging presentations. The work is paid $150-$350 per hour, for 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Reconstruct and enhance PowerPoint slides to improve clarity, visual appeal and impact.
• Design presentations that communicate complex ideas through visual storytelling and data visualization.
• Edit and refine slide content for precision, consistency and audience engagement.
• Analyze provided materials and turn them into clear, concise, visually engaging formats.
• Identify improvements in slide structure, flow and coherence.
• Collaborate virtually to give prompt feedback and deliver presentation assets for a larger initiative.
• Contribute real-world examples and domain insights to help train and evaluate AI models.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced presentation design.
• Strong portfolio showing data visualization and visual storytelling.
• Attention to detail and exceptional written communication and editing skills.
• Ability to translate technical content into accessible formats and give constructive feedback.
• Previous consulting or professional experience enhancing business presentations is an advantage.
