Business Developer – Securities Services

About the role

We are seeking a Business Developer to expand our securities services and custody offering in Zurich. The role focuses on building new client relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting the firm’s strategic expansion in wealth and asset management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across custody, securities services, wealth management and asset management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, intermediaries, external asset managers, family offices and business partners.
• Promote the firm’s securities services and custody solutions to professional and institutional clients.
• Support acquisition of new clients and contribute to growth of assets and revenues.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Ensure all activities comply with Swiss regulatory expectations, internal policies, KYC, AML and compliance procedures.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and prepare proposals and commercial presentations.
• Contribute to internal projects, market initiatives and process improvements.

Required profile

• Background in securities services, custody, wealth management, asset management, private banking or investment platforms.
• Strong understanding of custody solutions, client acquisition, KYC, AML and regulatory requirements in financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
