Business Development Manager – Cloud & Infrastructure

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for a senior Business Development Manager to lead cloud and infrastructure growth across Switzerland. You will work closely with solution, account, and partner teams to shape and convert high‑value opportunities, influencing senior customer stakeholders and driving long‑term transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development for Workplace & Network services, Hybrid Cloud and related hyperscaler technologies throughout Switzerland.
• Create, qualify and convert pipeline opportunities, identifying whitespace in collaboration with geography and industry vertical teams.
• Engage senior customer executives to define cloud transformation and infrastructure modernization road‑maps.
• Develop business cases, pricing models and proposals in partnership with pricing and solutions teams.
• Shape large‑scale deals, overseeing solutioning, commercial modeling and executive‑level governance.
• Collaborate with global delivery, practice and domain teams to ensure optimal solution architecture.
• Partner with key technology partners to drive joint initiatives, co‑innovation programs and joint go‑to‑market activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cloud and infrastructure sales or business development at a senior level.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build compelling business cases.
• Executive presence and the capability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple organisations.
• Excellent collaboration skills with internal delivery, practice and partner teams.
• Track record of driving multi‑year growth programs and pipeline creation.
