Business Manager (VIE) – Geneva

About the role

The Business Manager (VIE) will accelerate the growth of our Swiss entity in Geneva. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and supporting the recruitment of consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients, respond to calls for tenders and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with large‑account customers.
• Provide tailored solutions that meet client needs and build trust.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of consultants.
• Define resource allocation and investment plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Access tools and training necessary to achieve your objectives.

Required profile

• French nationality, under 29 years old.
• Master’s degree (engineer’s school or business school, Bac+5).
• At least 2 years of experience in a commercial role within a consulting or ESN environment.
• Strong ambition, challenge‑oriented mindset, autonomy, rigor and intellectual agility.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Motivated by fast‑growing, results‑driven environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English; professional German is a plus.
