Business Manager (VIE) – Geneva

About the role

The SII Group is looking for a motivated Business Manager on a VIE contract to accelerate the development of its Swiss operations. Based in Geneva, you will drive client acquisition, manage key accounts and support the recruitment of consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and respond to tender calls.
• Negotiate and close contracts with large‑account customers.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of consultants.
• Define resource needs and investment plans for project delivery.
• Provide tools and training to ensure successful mission execution.

Required profile

• French nationality, under 29 years old.
• Master’s degree (engineer or business school) – Bac+5.
• At least 2 years of experience in a consulting or ESN sales role.
• Strong ambition, autonomy, rigor and result‑orientation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; professional German is a plus.
