About the role
We are looking for a Business Support Assistant to join a leading organisation in Zurich on an initial six‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role provides essential back‑office support, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across finance, facilities, and general office administration.
Key responsibilities
- Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and handle expense reporting.
- Coordinate facility services, including office supplies and maintenance requests.
- Arrange travel bookings and related logistics for staff.
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
- Support the finance team with routine tasks and data entry.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in a back‑office, office management or administrative role.
- Strong organisational abilities and capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Experience supporting finance and administrative processes.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Ariba (advantageous).
