About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Schaffhausen to support the development and maintenance of reliable cleaning processes for product contact parts. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams worldwide and contribute to the digital transformation of MSAT.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and validate cleaning processes for new and existing products.
• Create documentation for cleaning validation activities, including protocols, reports, risk assessments and SOPs.
• Coordinate cleaning validation activities with other departments and support calculations for permissible limits.
• Assist investigations, change controls and prepare technical assessments.
• Contribute to digitisation and automation of reports, data management and evaluation of new technologies.

Required profile

• Background as a technical assistant or completed academic high school.
• Proficient in German and English, both in communication and negotiation.
• Customer‑oriented, quality‑conscious and strong problem‑solver.
• Innovative team player capable of proposing creative, pragmatic solutions.
• Interest in digital transformation and ability to implement process improvements.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning validation principles and calculations.
• Experience with documentation creation (protocols, reports, SOPs).
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and coordinate activities.
