CAMO Engineer & Training Coordinator

About the role

Dufour Aerospace is seeking a qualified CAMO Engineer who will also take responsibility for training coordination. You will ensure aircraft configuration tracking, safety, reliability and regulatory compliance while developing and delivering training for maintenance, ground and flight crews.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain training material for maintenance personnel, ground staff and pilots/UAS operators.
• Schedule internal and external training sessions, ensuring compliance with EASA Regulation (EU) 2019/945 and other relevant authorities.
• Execute CAMO tasks across the operational fleet, authoring and updating the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) based on engineering data.
• Analyse fleet maintenance data, identify trends and report findings to engineering and production teams.
• Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities with flight operations, supply chain and project managers.
• Support the creation and revision of the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) and Airplane Flight Manual (AFM), integrating feedback from active operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering or an EASA Part‑66 Maintenance License, or equivalent aviation experience.
• Deep knowledge of EASA rules for air operations and continuing airworthiness (e.g., Part‑145, Part‑CAMO, Part‑FCL).
• Proven experience in aircraft configuration management, change‑control processes and technical record keeping.
• Strong technical writing ability to translate complex engineering data into clear documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
