About the role

Implenia, a leading construction and real‑estate services provider in Switzerland, is seeking an experienced Cost Estimation Engineer for infrastructure and civil‑engineering projects in the French‑speaking region. You will act as a key partner to operational teams, preparing tender studies, defining technical and financial solutions, and supporting project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost studies and price calculations for civil‑engineering and concrete infrastructure projects.
• Analyse tender documents, specifications and execution plans, identifying inconsistencies, opportunities and risks.
• Develop technical dossiers, schedules, execution methodologies and submission documents.
• Coordinate consultations with subcontractors and suppliers, proposing technical and economic variants to optimise projects.
• Define construction phases, operating procedures and production values.
• Participate in clarification meetings, pre‑award sessions and technical negotiations with clients and partners.
• Support project hand‑over to execution teams and provide occasional technical assistance during construction.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost databases and calculation modules.

Required profile

• Civil engineering degree or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., Master Builder, Site Manager, Federal Certificate holder).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in cost estimation for civil‑engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to analyse tender dossiers and produce accurate cost forecasts.
