Chef/fe de rang – Fine Dining Restaurant

About the role

The Domaine de Châteauvieux, a 19/20 Gault & Millau gastronomic restaurant located in Satigny, Geneva, is seeking a Chef/fe de rang to join its service brigade. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring each guest receives a personalized and high‑quality dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth execution of service during your shift.
• Provide a warm, professional welcome and attentive service to guests.
• Know the menu thoroughly to answer guest inquiries and make recommendations.
• Perform all service operations, including table setting, order taking, and clearing, in line with the restaurant’s standards.
• Maintain the dining area according to established quality and hygiene procedures.

Required profile

• Hospitality or hotel management training preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a fine‑dining establishment.
• Excellent personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
