Chemical and Pharmaceutical Construction Coordinator (German/English)

About the role

Artelia Industrie Suisse SA in Basel is looking for a Coordinator/Expert in site monitoring and project management for chemical and pharmaceutical industrial projects, focusing on piping and equipment installation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor projects, including planning, technical direction validation, procurement, and financial tracking.
• Serve as the local contact for customers.
• Ensure compliance with quality and HSE policies.
• Report to the office director on the development of local activities.

Required profile

• ES Technician, HES/EPF Engineer or equivalent in chemistry or mechanics.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision and site coordination in the chemical/pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong management potential, rigorous project monitoring, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to apply ISO 9001 quality procedures and ensure site safety.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Fluent German (essential) and French and/or English at B2 level.
