Chief of Staff – ISC

About the role

As Chief of Staff for the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) function, you will act as a critical extension of the EVP, enabling effective leadership, decision‑making and execution across a complex global operation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the EVP ISC to shape and drive the strategic agenda aligned with enterprise priorities, translating complex operational topics into clear executive narratives.
• Design and lead ISC governance mechanisms, ensuring meetings are focused, decision‑oriented and anchored in clear outcomes.
• Provide visibility on ISC performance across safety, quality, service, cost, cash and people, monitoring progress and enabling rapid issue resolution.
• Drive alignment across Business Units, COEs and functions, supporting a BU‑centric operating model and facilitating cross‑functional problem solving.
• Support delivery of ISC transformation priorities such as digital supply chain, planning maturity and talent development.

Required profile

• 10–15+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, strategy or consulting within a global matrix organization.
• Proven ability to work closely with senior leaders and lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strategic, structured and action‑oriented with strong executive‑level communication and storytelling skills.
• High ownership, accountability and results orientation, with a collaborative, enterprise‑focused leadership style.
