About the role
UBS is seeking a Client Account Manager for its Wealth Management division in Zurich. The role supports client advisors in delivering exceptional service, handling administrative, risk, compliance and daily banking activities for high‑net‑worth clients.
Key responsibilities
- Support client advisors with administrative, risk, legal and compliance tasks.
- Process client orders such as stock trades, foreign exchange, loans and deposits.
- Manage daily client transactions, inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Perform account maintenance including opening/closing, suitability reviews and KYC due diligence.
- Act as the primary contact for daily banking activities and assist during client advisors’ business trips.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services or 2 years in a relevant commercial sector.
- Fluency in English; Mandarin language skills are an asset.
- Solution‑oriented with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Discreet, adaptable and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
