Client Due Diligence Quality Assurance Analyst – 8‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Barclays is seeking a Client Due Diligence (CDD) Quality Assurance Analyst on an eight‑month fixed‑term contract in Geneva. The analyst will review Private Banking client files across the full lifecycle, assess CDD/KYC documentation, and identify financial crime red flags.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality assessments and sampling against internal standards, service level agreements and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse CDD, KYC and high‑risk customer files, including complex ownership structures, and document findings.
• Collaborate with Financial Crime, Second Line of Defence, bankers and other stakeholders to escalate complex risks.
• Develop reports and presentations on Private Banking performance for senior internal stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improvement, recommend changes, and support implementation of new procedures and controls.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Quality Assurance, CDD/KYC operations or Financial Crime investigations within banking.
• Strong analytical skills to review private banking documents, transactions and account activity.
• Thorough understanding of AML, counter‑terrorist financing and sanctions regulations.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
