Client Experience Associate - Private Client Coverage

About the role

Citi is hiring a Client Experience Associate in Zurich, covering the Switzerland and Monaco market. The role applies deep disciplinary knowledge to improve processes and workflows within the Banking, Credit and Investments platform, working closely with sales teams and internal partners such as KYC, product partners and Operations Teams. It is a full-time position within the Private Client Coverage family.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing a concierge-level service and owning end-to-end client service requests until resolution.
• Partner with Private Banker teams and liaise with internal partners to fulfil client requests while keeping communication constant.
• Guide clients through the Know Your Client (KYC) onboarding process and oversee KYC process management, client relationship management and documentation oversight.
• Initiate client requests for tax services and other reporting needs, coordinating with dedicated tax and reporting teams.
• Assess risk appropriately in business decisions, safeguarding the bank's reputation and assets and ensuring compliance with laws, rules and regulations; escalate, manage and report control issues transparently.
• Engage with clients across Citi-approved channels (phone, email, digital platforms) and facilitate their adoption of digital platforms such as InView, providing initial support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A good track record in wealth management or other financial services roles is preferred.
• Swiss German is an advantage.

• Experience with MS 365 Office Suite and modern collaboration and communication tools.
