Client Management – Sales Support (Zurich/Geneva)

About the role

Join the Sales team of ODDO BHF Asset Management in Switzerland and support the Sales Managers in Zurich and Geneva. You will act as a bridge between the sales function and internal departments, ensuring client requests are handled efficiently and that sales activities are well‑coordinated.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client meetings by gathering relevant information on investment solutions from management teams.
• Manage client requests promptly and monitor key performance indicators such as pipeline, opportunities and trends.
• Support transnational projects for client services located in other offices.
• Organise and coordinate client events (lunches, networking sessions, conferences) in Zurich and Geneva.
• Set up management agreements with new institutional or distributor clients and update legal/regulatory documents.
• Oversee distribution contracts in collaboration with the legal department and ensure client files comply with internal procedures.
• Maintain and evolve the CRM system, track transaction flows and reconcile positions based on client information.
