Clinical Specialist – Interventional Cardiology (Switzerland)

About the role

The Clinical & Medical Affairs Specialist Interventional supports the safe and effective use of Teleflex’s interventional portfolio in Switzerland. Reporting to the EMEA CMA Manager, the role provides education, clinical support and procedural training to physicians, nurses and technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical procedural training and proctoring for interventional products, including live cases and workshops.
• Support pre‑congress workshops, booth education programs and scientific meetings while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain training records, monitor product deployment plans and assist with educational grant and research submissions.
• Provide field clinical troubleshooting and collaborate with QA/RA teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (or equivalent clinical qualification) with current registration.
• Minimum 2 years experience in interventional cardiology nursing, preferably in a cardiac catheter laboratory.
• Experience with PCI, chronic total occlusion (CTO) cases and structural procedures (EVAR, TEVAR, TAVI).
• Swiss German and English language proficiency, based in Switzerland with a driving licence.
• Willingness to travel up to 75 % of working time.

Required skills

• PCI and CTO procedural knowledge.
• EVAR, TEVAR and TAVI experience.
• Simulation‑based education and workshop delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
