About the role
The Clinical Support Specialist Orthopaedics supports surgeons and operating room staff in the Ticino area, focusing on joint reconstruction and sports medicine. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring proper use of innovative orthopaedic products and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients before, during and after orthopaedic procedures (joint reconstruction & sports medicine).
- Coordinate logistics for interventions and optimize inventory management.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training workshops and in‑service education for healthcare professionals.
- Build long‑term relationships with physicians, OR staff and other decision‑makers.
Required profile
- Several years of experience in a medical or surgical environment.
- Strong knowledge of orthopaedic surgery.
- High flexibility and willingness to travel within the region.
- Fluent in Italian (mandatory) and proficient in English.
Required skills
- MS Office proficiency.
