About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist for Orthopaedics (50% Joint Reconstruction / 50% Sports Medicine) to serve the Ticino area. The role involves supporting orthopaedic surgeons, operating‑room staff and clinics with product expertise, training and logistical coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Advise surgeons and OR staff before, during and after orthopaedic procedures, covering joint reconstruction and sports medicine.
- Coordinate logistics for interventions, including inventory management and product delivery.
- Deliver product demonstrations, workshops and in‑service education for healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with physicians, OR managers and other decision‑makers.
Required profile
- Several years of experience in a medical or surgical environment with solid knowledge of orthopaedic surgery.
- High flexibility and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Fluent in Italian (mandatory) and proficient in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
