Clinical Training Specialist – Europe

About the role

The Clinical Training Specialist – Europe will deliver hands‑on training on the DEXTER Robotic Surgical System to surgeons, nurses and reprocessing technicians across European healthcare institutions. The role combines on‑site training delivery, onboarding of new Clinical Sales Specialists, and ongoing stakeholder engagement to ensure high‑quality education and case support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions in dry labs, wet labs and on‑site environments using porcine, cadaveric, inanimate and simulation modalities.
• Customize training materials to meet regional and stakeholder requirements after VP approval.
• Onboard and certify new Clinical Sales Specialists across Europe, overseeing performance assessments.
• Manage relationships with European training centre owners, handling stock, logistics and equipment maintenance.
• Plan and execute refresher programmes to keep stakeholder skills up to date.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align training with company goals and navigate diverse cultural settings.
• Maintain accurate training records and produce regular outcome reports compliant with European regulations.
• Obtain vendor credentialing and provide technical support on the DEXTER Robot during surgical procedures when needed.

Required profile

• Clinical or technical background relevant to surgical training (e.g., nursing, surgical technology, biomedical engineering).
• Proven experience in clinical training, medical device support or OR‑based roles; robotic or minimally invasive surgery experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work across multiple European markets.
