Cloud Solution Architect - Copilot and Agents

About the role

Microsoft's Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) team is hiring a Cloud Solution Architect for Copilot and Agents in Switzerland. You will work with business and technical stakeholders to turn Microsoft 365 Copilot, agents and AI into real-world scenarios, helping customers adopt, scale and govern AI in their digital transformation. The role also feeds customer feedback back to product teams and contributes to best-practice guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Help customers find the use cases that matter most, design adoption approaches that fit their people and remove blockers
• Share customer feedback, insights, success stories and technical input with internal teams, and identify patterns across customers or industries
• Escalate and mitigate technical and business blockers to speed up solution deployment and business outcomes
• Translate business problems into industry solutions, explain the business value and return on investment
• Collaborate with Microsoft and customer or partner teams to deliver on-strategy engagements, manage risks and comply with industry and Microsoft guidelines

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related field, plus experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, architecture or consulting, or equivalent experience
• Fluency in German, as the role involves collaboration with local customers
• Preferred: Master's degree, solid customer-facing and technical project experience, a cloud certification (Azure, AWS, Google, security) and fluency in French

What we offer

• Typical base pay range in Switzerland of CHF 126,000 to CHF 208,700 per year; certain roles may be eligible for additional benefits
• The position is open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until filled
