About the role

VAT Group is a global leader in high‑performance vacuum solutions, operating from its headquarters in Haag, Switzerland. As a CNC Milling Technician you will join an international team that values integrity, teamwork and innovation, and you will play a key part in delivering precision‑engineered products.

Key responsibilities

Operate and take responsibility for CNC milling machining centers.
Set up and commission new products in close cooperation with programming.
Set up and retool machines according to the machine plan.
Monitor production processes and ensure quality control.
Manage schedules to maximise equipment utilisation.
Perform maintenance and care of assigned equipment.
Provide technical supervision to assigned operators.

Required profile

Completed vocational training as a polymechanic.
Several years of professional experience in CNC milling.
Responsible, independent and precise working style.
Team‑oriented, flexible and reliable personality.
Willingness to work in a 2‑shift operation.
