CNC / VMC Machine Operator

About the role

SSWISS GROUP AG, an international industrial group producing solar modules and components, is expanding its production facilities and is looking for an experienced CNC / VMC Machine Operator in Zug, Switzerland. The position is full-time and shift-based.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC / VMC machining centers
• Prepare machines for production runs
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Monitor machining parameters and make necessary adjustments
• Perform dimensional and visual quality inspections
• Replace cutting tools and perform basic machine maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as CNC / VMC Machine Operator
• Knowledge of metal machining (aluminum and steel preferred)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Technical or vocational education is an advantage
