About the role

Join the Coop restaurant team and become part of a vibrant community where the whole of Switzerland gathers. As a Restaurant Team Member you will serve guests at the buffet, provide friendly advice, and handle cash transactions while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Serve and advise customers at the buffet with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
• Prepare and maintain an attractive, well‑presented buffet display.
• Assist in any restaurant area as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the dining area.

Required profile

• Experience in restaurant or food service is a strong advantage.
• Customer well‑being is always a priority.
• A genuine passion for food and quality ingredients.
• Fluent French, both written and spoken.
