Collection Manager for Switzerland & Austria (Temporary)

About the role

Le Collectionist is seeking a Collection Manager for Switzerland and Austria on a fixed‑term basis (2 Nov 2026 – 30 Apr 2027). Reporting to the Regional Director, you will drive commercial performance, optimise the regional property portfolio and act as a brand ambassador across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence and dynamic pricing to maximise revenue.
• Maintain and grow relationships with property owners, negotiate commercial terms and secure exclusive contracts.
• Support sales, operations, stay and marketing teams with portfolio knowledge, bookings and property promotion.
• Identify and recruit high‑end properties, ensure compliance with local regulations and oversee catalog integration.
• Represent the brand at industry events and develop a network of strategic partners in the region.

Required profile

• Degree from a business or management school.
• Bilingual in English; French or German is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for luxury property rental and travel industry.
