Commercial Coordinator – Global Travel Retail

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Coordinator to support our Global Travel Retail team. The role combines operational and administrative tasks to help grow the presence of our prestige perfume and cosmetics brands in travel retail locations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and process customer orders.
• Coordinate with customer service, freight forwarders and clients to ensure smooth delivery in line with client requirements.
• Organise shipments of testers, samples and POS materials to maximise sales at travel retail sites.
• Consolidate and maintain distribution and activity reports.
• Review and process investment invoices, tracking budgets to ensure compliance.
• Provide product information for client master data to facilitate new product introductions.
• Send account statements to clients and collaborate with finance on overdue balances.
• Deliver full administrative and operational support to the Director and Manager, including ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of full‑time experience in a commercial, export or sales‑support role.
• Experience in the beauty, fragrance or FMCG sectors is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (preferred).
