Commercial Coordinator

About the role

The Commercial Coordinator at The Park Gstaad, a Four Seasons Hotel, provides essential administrative and operational support to the Commercial team, contributing to the successful opening and ongoing commercial performance of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements and prepare reports, presentations and commercial documentation.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, contracts and departmental files, and support budget tracking, invoice processing and expense monitoring.
• Assist with reporting, data collection, performance tracking and coordinate commercial projects, events and business initiatives.
• Support internal and external communications on behalf of the Commercial department and ensure timely follow‑up on action items.
• Contribute to hotel opening activities and commercial readiness initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, administration, sales support, marketing coordination or a related commercial role.
• Degree, diploma or professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and service‑oriented approach.
• Fluent in English and German and/or French; additional languages are advantageous.
• Eligible to work in Switzerland (Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship or valid Swiss work authorization).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative reporting tools.
• Fluent in English, German and/or French.
