Communication Manager – Biotech Manufacturing Site

About the role

Join Takeda’s state‑of‑the‑art biotechnological manufacturing site in Neuchatel as the Communication Manager. Reporting to the Site Head, you will shape internal and external communications, support change initiatives, and act as a spokesperson for the site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce written and visual communications for diverse audiences.
• Lead large‑scale projects and processes with limited oversight.
• Coach, review, and delegate work to junior communication professionals.
• Execute change‑management and process‑improvement strategies.
• Manage media relations and handle complex media interactions.
• Represent the organization in contractual and project matters.
• Participate in training and mentoring of junior staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial regulated environment.
• Proven ability to navigate matrix organisations from corporate to site level.
• Strong strategic advisory experience in messaging and communication improvement.
• Full fluency in French and English.

• Advanced writing and editing across corporate communication formats.
• Expertise in digital communications and recommending enhancements.
• Proven track record in process automation.
• Strong graphic design and visual communication capabilities.
