Compliance & AML Officer

About the role

SolideFinance, a Swiss fintech building a cross‑border payments infrastructure on blockchain, is looking for an experienced Compliance & AML Officer to lead its anti‑money‑laundering and counter‑fund‑terrorism framework. You will work closely with regulators, auditors and internal teams to ensure full compliance with Swiss and European requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the AML Officer under the Swiss SRO requirements and manage the AML/CFT compliance framework.
• Maintain relationships with the SRO, AML auditor and legal counsel; monitor regulatory developments and lead licensing filings.
• Develop, update and enforce AML policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
• Lead KYC/KYB onboarding of institutional clients and suppliers, coordinating with legal and tech teams.
• Oversee transaction monitoring, on‑chain screening, alert handling and suspicious activity reporting.
• Conduct periodic due‑diligence reviews, sanctions and PEP screening, and risk‑score reassessments.
• Design and deliver AML/CFT training and promote a strong compliance culture.
• Produce compliance reports for management, the Risk Committee and the SRO.
• Support MiCA licensing filing and other European regulatory projects.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of compliance or AML experience in a Swiss financial intermediary (bank, asset manager, PSP, fintech or digital‑asset provider).
• Recognised AML Officer by a Swiss SRO (VQF preferred) with hands‑on FINMA filing experience.
• AML certification focused on digital assets (CAMS, ACAMS Crypto, CCAS, CCTCE or equivalent) and a CAS in Compliance Management.
