Confirmed Accountant – Finance Team (Morges)

About the role

Orange Cyberdefense is expanding its Finance team in Morges and seeks a Confirmed Accountant to support monthly closing, internal controls and continuous process improvement. Working closely with the Head of Finance and the CFO, you will ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial operations in a fast‑growing cyber security environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly closing activities and produce accurate financial statements.
• Manage customer payment reminders and follow up on credit control.
• Perform accounting reconciliations and maintain related controls.
• Act as a backup for the Head of Finance and the broader accounting team.
• Document, review and enhance the local internal control framework.

Required profile

• Swiss accounting certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong communication skills with finance peers, local managers and other stakeholders.
• High level of rigor, analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluency in French and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Business Central (strong asset).
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
