Consolidation and Reporting Analyst

About the role

IXM is seeking a Consolidation and Reporting Analyst to join its Geneva team. The role supports monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, prepares IFRS financial statements and provides analysis for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly closing, intercompany reconciliation and preparation of IFRS consolidated figures.
• Set up and maintain the consolidation system, including FX rates and period openings.
• Manage IFRS 16 accounting, review forex and finance costs, and monitor working capital, stock and cash cycle metrics.
• Prepare statutory financial statements under Swiss CO and IFRS, and support annual IFRS and statutory audits.
• Develop and improve consolidation processes, design accounting policies for C‑SOX compliance, and produce ad‑hoc analysis and presentations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant finance experience; Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, attention to detail and problem‑solving orientation.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles.
• Experience with financial consolidation tools such as HFM and Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
