Consolidation & Financial Analyst – Finance Department

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Consolidation and Financial Analyst to join our Finance department. You will play a key part in consolidating financial data, analysing performance, and delivering insights that drive process improvement and support our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in financial consolidation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
• Provide closing‑activity support to SICPA entities worldwide.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for process optimisation.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives in financial processes and reporting methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, consolidation or audit.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
• Fluent in English and French.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• SAP Group Reporting.
• SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) – a plus.
• Power BI – a plus.
• Knowledge of IFRS reporting standards.
