Construction Manager – Civil (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Manager – Civil (m/f/d) to lead the delivery of complex laboratory and production facilities in Switzerland. The role combines site leadership, quality assurance and coordination between clients, designers and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate construction contractors on site.
• Supervise construction quality, dimensional accuracy and ensure site safety.
• Control schedule, costs and project risks.
• Perform quantity verification, evaluate variations and review invoices.
• Manage interfaces between the client, designers and the internal project management team.

Required profile

• Completed B.Sc. or M.Sc. in civil engineering, architecture or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in construction management within Switzerland.
• Very good knowledge of Swiss construction standards and regulations (e.g., SIA).
• Strong German and English language skills.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Swiss construction standards (SIA).
• Experience with construction administration tools such as Messerli.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with Revit and Navisworks (advantage).
